Many times when picking colors for not only your home, the correct paint color is important for your commercial property. Ron's Painting worked closely with this building owner to help them pick the right color so they will get longevity out of their paint job. We also recommended not painting the decorative block at the bottom. This would only cause more of a maintenance issue. These paint colors really give this building the WOW factor when driving by.
This building on Summerlin Rd. in Fort Myers looks amazing when you drive by. The main paint color is an earth tone yellow base we choose will hold up well to the Florida sun. We then choose a complimentary white as an accent color.
We painted the exterior of the Screen Doctor-Fort Myers over several weekends. We even painted the awning.
We started preparing and painting the exterior of this building everyday at 4 am. We did this so we could start cleaning up every day by 10 am and completely be cleaned up and gone by 11 am so we did not disturb the patrons when the restaurant opened up every day for business. In this photo the glass is covered with plastic and the bonding primer is being applied to the aluminum soffits.
Before we left each day we prepared the building for a early am start, by covering the glass on the windows so first thing in the morning we could spray paint the aluminum frames around the windows. This way by the time the restaurant opened the paint would be dry.
We not only painted the soffits, and front concrete walls of City Tavern, we also painted the aluminum window frames and entrance doors.
What a great look for City Tavern, with a fresh coat of paint on the exterior of the building.
Notice how great the soffits look after they were painted. We used Sherwin Williams Resilience in a gloss finish. This way with all of the vehicle traffic and dirt it would make it easier for the owner to keep the building looking nice.
When we paint the exterior of commercial buildings we either start real early in the morning, or work weekends so we do not disturb business.
This picture is 1 of 6. This is before any painting began.
This is a great picture of the exterior paint colors on this building. Gray for the main color, red on the awnings, signage in front, gutters and downspouts, and white on the overhead doors. These colors match the company logo colors.
We painted the exterior of Offerman Automotive on weekends so we would not disturb business during the week.

Awnings! You can paint canvas awnings? Yes you can, and yes we did. These awnings were painted to match the gutters and downspouts. We painted the awnings on the underside and the top side.
Building is completely painting. Here is a close up of the front of the building. Now go back and look at the first picture. Doesn't this building look great.
We even painted all of the doors and casings in an accent color.
We painted all of the walls on the interior of this Fort Myers Doctors office. All painting was done on the weekend. All rooms were cleaned and put back together for the office staff when they walked into the office on Monday morning.
