We are in the process of getting ready to change out all screws on this screen enclosure to stainless steel, then paint the screen enclosure. We will also be painting the aluminum frames of the sliding glass doors on the rear lanai. We painted the entire exterior of this home.
Screen enclosure has been painted and the mess has been completely cleaned up. The homeowners had the screens replaced after we painted the screen enclosure. While we were painting the exterior of the home and the screen enclosure we also painted the tracks and top boxes of the hurricane shutters to match the exterior of the home. We then rinse with clean water. The then apply a sealer to seal in the chalky surface. We also changed out all of the rusty screws with stainless steel screws.

This is what the master bedroom furniture use to look like. All wood, very dated.
In this picture we have just prepared the furniture for painting, and have applied the bonding primer to the furniture. The cabinet in the middle is from the master bedroom.

Being an opened minded to color, this Naples homeowner decided they wanted a real wow factor to their formal dining room. We painted the walls using a metallic warm silver. When the pictures are hung on the walls and the light is turned on this room is simply stunning, and another focal point for their home.

The homeowner of this Naples home wanted their fireplace wall to become the focal point in the living room. This wall was originally painted a dark brown, with white trim. To add the wow factor to this wall we fauxed a glitter metallic bronze in the 2 niches and the surrounding wall was painted with a metallic champagne color.
In this master bedroom coffer ceiling we added a metallic gold glitter effect. When the lighting is turned on next to the bed the up lighting allows this coffer to shimmer like you have never seen.

Here you can see how much the color comes back to pavers once they are sealed. We started at the center of this driveway when we applied the paver sealer.
We prepared the surrounding areas to keep paint splatter off floors and carpets. We then sanded the handrails and spindles and started putting a bonding primer on the stained wood.
The homeowner wanted the beams to look like wood on this Sanibel home. They were originally painted white to match the ceiling. We have just painted the beams in the base coat color for the faux finish.

It takes a lot of proper preparation to the surrounding areas to paint the spindles on a staircase and to faux finish the handrails.
